First Round Draw Features 70 Lower League and 13 Premier League Clubs

The dates for the 2022/23 Carabao Cup have been announced, with the final set to be played on Sunday, February 26th, 2023. The first round draw will feature 70 teams from the lower leagues and 13 Premier League clubs, and will take place on Thursday, June 23rd. The quarter-finals will be played on the week commencing December 19th, the semi-finals will be played on the weeks commencing January 9th and 23rd, and the final will be played at Wembley Stadium on February 26th.
